You have to deal with 2 BS (+ 1 Mio ISK bounty), 2 Spider IIs with webbers and 4 Angel Heavy Missile Batteries. A way to cope with that is using your long range weapons to take out the batteries quite fast. Then focus on the webbers and the 2 BS.
